Sandman Signature (formerly Lethbridge Lodge) (320 Scenic Drive South) is the official host hotel (Sunday breakfast is in the banquet room). They also offer an airport shuttle.

Sandman Hotel (421 Mayor Magrath Drive) is located several miles east from HQ, by the water tower. Phone 403-328-1111.
Other close accommodations include Days Inn 403-327-6000 (next to the Sandman Signature) and Wingate by Wyndham (about few miles away).
The only camping available in Lethbridge is the Lethbridge KOA, in the river valley by the Highway #3 bridge, across the river from the Lost Soul race start/finish. Some racers go to the YMCA and pay the daily use rate to shower after the race.
Another car or RV camping option (no tents) is the parking lot of Pure Casino Lethbridge (3756 2 Ave. S. off Highway 3 on the east side of Lethbridge) for Thursday and Saturday night. Check-in with Casino security (closed from 5:00 am – 9:30 am) and there is a restaurant onsite.
During the race (Friday night), you can camp at Softball Valley (location of race start and finish) but the gate will be locked Saturday night by 8:00 pm.
There is one official campground (KOA) on the other side of the river from Softball Valley but a runner said they were full. I believe people stay their year round.
Other campgrounds are available outside of Lethbridge. The two closest are Coalhurst Campground (5 minutes west of Lethbridge) and Elbas Farms (5 minutes east of Lethbridge).
